Hello friends,
Part of traveling is being able to adjust your itinerary and just go with the flow. Since the flooding and the cyclones in Brisbane, I decided not to go up north to the Great Barrier Reef and it hasn't stopped raining since I got here.

Picking out our steak for dinner. My host, Chad said that I have to have a steak in Australia! Australia is the 2nd largest producer of beef in the whole world. |

We shared this nutty caramel gelato. It had 3 different kinds of gelato: hazelnut, chocolate and milany gelato and sprinkled with roasted hazelnuts, almonds, whipped cream and caramel topping. |
